Get approved once, keep the price everywhere
If you regularly buy above a threshold, apply for Wholesale or Distributor pricing on the Apply page. Once approved, your rate is locked to your account permanently — no need to hit a cart minimum again. There are two ways to make sure that rate actually shows up:

Pick a payment method
Card or Mobile Money settles instantly. Approved Distributor accounts with an order history can also Pay on Delivery or Buy on Credit.
Confirm your total
Your first order gets up to 10% off automatically (max GHS 30) — no code needed. Review the tier and total shown, then pay.
Using your StopBy Rewards points
Every order earns you points automatically — no card, just your phone number. Here’s how to turn them into something.
Check your balance
Message us on WhatsApp anytime and ask for your points balance — we’ll show your points, your current tier, and what’s available to redeem.
Pick a reward
Choose from the rewards catalogue — currently GHS 30 off (1,000 pts), free standard delivery (800 pts), or GHS 75 off (2,400 pts).
Get your code
Confirm which reward you want and we’ll deduct the points and send you a one-time redemption code.
Use it on your next order
Enter the code at checkout on the website, or keep chatting with us on WhatsApp to place the order right there — either way works.
Redemption codes are valid for 60 days once issued. Unused points stay active for 18 months from when you earn them.

- Contact us with your order reference — we can correct quantities, address, or pricing, and your invoice updates automatically.
- Which payment method should I pick
- Card/Mobile Money is instant and works for everyone. Pay on Delivery and Buy on Credit are extended to approved Distributor accounts with a purchase history.
